Your CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "One hundred forty-five million dollars ($145,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred thirty million dollars ($130,000,000)".

2. On page 1, line 21, strike "approximately one mile south of".

3. On page 1, line 21, strike "36 near Shiprock" and insert in lieu thereof "13, for a length of sixty-nine and four-tenths miles,".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
