MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND PROMOTION OF THE CULTURAL AND HISTORY COLLECTION OF THE OFFICE ON AFRICAN AMERICAN AFFAIRS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office on African American affairs fund for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 and subsequent fiscal years to provide for the administration and promotion of the cultural and history collection of the office on African American affairs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
