MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO PROVIDE OUTREACH AND COORDINATION OF PUBLIC ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENT INFORMATION ON CABLE ACCESS CHANNELS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to provide outreach and coordination of public access to educational and government information on cable access channels. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
