MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR A SENIOR TRIAL ATTORNEY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-three thousand one hundred dollars ($73,100) is appropriated from the general fund to the fourth judicial district attorney for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to provide a salary and benefits for a senior trial attorney. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
