FOR LAND AND BUILDING ACQUISITION, PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND ARTIFACTS FOR THE WHEELS MUSEUM, INCORPORATED, IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million six hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($1,685,000) to acquire land and buildings, plan, develop and purchase artifacts for the Wheels museum, incorporated, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
