FOR A MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT CENTER AT CENTRAL NEW MEXICO CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

sixteen million two hundred fifty-seven thousand eight hundred nineteen dollars ($16,257,819) to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip a mental health treatment center at the central New Mexico correctional facility located in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
