FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE SAN MIGUEL MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to construct a well and booster station and to improve the water distribution system of the San Miguel mutual domestic water association in Dona Ana county.
