FOR INTRAMURAL AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT AND STUDENT CENTER IMPROVEMENTS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase intramural and recreational equipment for and to improve the student center at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
