SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1017

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Lidio G. Rainaldi

FOR PHASES 1 AND 2 IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 34 IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase 1 improvements to county road 34 in McKinley county; and

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) for phase 2 improvements to county road 34 in McKinley county.
