FOR A NEW PORT OF ENTRY IN ORO GRANDE IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of public safety

three million two hundred seventy-seven thousand three hundred one dollars ($3,277,301) to plan, design, construct and equip a new port of entry in Oro Grande in Otero county.
