FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SEBOYETA DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to upgrade and improve the water system for the Seboyeta domestic water association in Cibola county.
