FOR AN EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER AT THE PUEBLO OF ACOMA IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two million four hundred thousand dollars ($2,400,000) to plan, design and construct an early childhood development center at the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county.
