FOR A BUILDING FOR THE SOUTHWEST CENTER FOR COMPUTATIONAL MEDICINE AND BIOLOGY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HOSPITAL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to purchase and renovate a building for the southwest center for computational medicine and biology at the university of New Mexico hospital in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
