FOR REPLACING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY HELICOPTER.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of public safety

three million seven hundred thousand dollars ($3,700,000) to replace and equip the department of public safety helicopter.

Preferred funding source: General obligation bonds
