FOR PURCHASING HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEWCOMB CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to purchase heavy equipment for the Newcomb chapter in San Juan county.
