FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE OLD HOSPITAL PROPERTY IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for site preparation, planning, designing and landscaping of the old hospital property in Socorro in Socorro county.
