FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVEMENTS AT BEL-AIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to improve and equip the playground and create an outdoor learning center at Bel-Air elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
