FOR A DIALYSIS CLINIC IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred seventy-six thousand dollars ($376,000) to construct and equip a dialysis clinic for the Mora Valley community health services, incorporated, in Mora county.
