FOR UPGRADING THE COMPUTER NETWORK SYSTEM IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install computers and data equipment to upgrade the county network and link all departments in Valencia county.
