FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO EXPAND THE EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM AT THE NEW MEXICO SCHOOL FOR THE VISUALLY HANDICAPPED IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the New Mexico school for the visually handicapped

three million five hundred twenty thousand dollars ($3,520,000) to acquire property for, plan, design, engineer, construct and furnish a building to expand the early childhood program at the New Mexico school for the visually handicapped in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
