FOR PHASE 1 OF THE SAN JUAN COLLEGE RECREATIONAL COMPLEX IN FARMINGTON IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

eight hundred eighty-three thousand six hundred eighty-two dollars ($883,682) to plan, design, construct, equip and make site improvements for phase 1 of the San Juan college recreational complex in Farmington in San Juan county.
