FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIRST STEP CENTER PROGRAMS AT MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase equipment for the first step center programs at Memorial medical center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
