FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AT EAST CHAVEZ STREET IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($1,230,000) to replace the domestic water system, sanitary sewer system, sewer lift station and part of the roadway at east Chavez street in Belen in Valencia county.
