FOR A ROAD GRADER FOR TOHATCHI CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase a road grader for Tohatchi chapter in McKinley county.
