FOR AN OPPORTUNITY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to purchase land for, design, construct, remodel and equip the Roosevelt county opportunity and business development center in Portales.
