45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a new southeast New Mexico historical archives building in Roswell in Chaves county; and

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a new kitchen and locker room facility and make other related improvements to the boys' and girls' club in Roswell in Chaves county.
