FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE ESPANOLA HEALTH CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand seven hundred eighty-eight dollars ($260,788) to renovate the Espanola health center in Rio Arriba county.
