FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN ANTON CHICO IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to make improvements to the water system of the Sangre de Cristo mutual domestic water consumers association in Anton Chico in Guadalupe county.
