FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT PLAYGROUNDS AND ATHLETIC FIELDS IN THE LAKE ARTHUR MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred seventy thousand dollars ($570,000) to make improvements, including installation of lighting, at playgrounds and athletic fields in the Lake Arthur municipal school district in Chaves county.
