45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN DEXTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred eighty-three thousand dollars ($383,000) to replace a water tank and make other improvements to the water system in Dexter in Chaves county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred ten thousand ninety-five dollars ($210,095) to make street improvements in Dexter in Chaves county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thirty thousand dollars ($330,000) to plan, design and construct a fire station in Dexter in Chaves county.
