45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Timothy Z. Jennings

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DEXTER CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) to purchase and install playground equipment for Dexter elementary and middle schools in the Dexter consolidated school district in Chaves county;

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase and install outdoor picnic tables and benches for Dexter elementary and middle schools in the Dexter consolidated school district in Chaves county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for ground work and preparation at Dexter elementary and middle schools in the Dexter consolidated school district in Chaves county.
