FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DRAINAGE AT THE COUNTYWIDE LANDFILL IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars ($428,000) to construct a landfill disposal cell and a scale house and make drainage improvements at the countywide landfill in Socorro county.
