FOR A REGIONAL TREATMENT AND TRAINING CENTER IN VELARDE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to acquire the Pinon Hills property for a regional treatment and training center in Velarde in Rio Arriba county.
