FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 7870 IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to county road 7870, including drainage, culverts and the installation of road base, in San Juan county.
