FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITIONS ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 666 FOR EXPANSION OF THE ROAD INTO A FOUR-LANE HIGHWAY IN MCKINLEY AND SAN JUAN COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for right-of-way acquisitions along state highway 666 from the Navajo route 9 junction to the Navajo route 13 junction to expand this roadway into a four-lane highway in McKinley and San Juan counties.
