SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 525

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Joseph A. Fidel

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CEBOLLETA LAND GRANT IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) to construct sewage treatment facilities for the Cebolleta land grant in Cibola county;

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to improve the Bibo water supply system in Cibola county; and

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to improve the water system of the Seboyeta mutual domestic water consumers association in Cibola county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for construction of a community center in Cebolleta in Cibola county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to equip and furnish the fire station in Cebolleta in Cibola county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase 1 of the reconstruction of the irrigation reservoir in Cebolleta in Cibola county.
