IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITIES
IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of environment
three hundred forty-six thousand seven
hundred dollars ($346,700) to upgrade the water distribution supply system for
the Barranco mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
seven hundred sixty-six thousand eight
hundred dollars ($766,800) to upgrade the water distribution and water
treatment systems, including a storage tank and new service meters, for the
Canjilon mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
three hundred fifty-five thousand five
hundred dollars ($355,500) to upgrade the water system, including new water
lines, storage tank and service meters, for the Canones mutual domestic water
consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
one million one hundred thirty-five
thousand one hundred dollars ($1,135,100) for a wastewater treatment system for
the Cordova mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
one hundred thirty-four thousand dollars
($134,000) for water system improvements and repairs, including replacement of
water lines, new meters and a pump house, for the Dixon mutual domestic water
consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
seven hundred eighty-four thousand four
hundred dollars ($784,400) to upgrade the water system, including a new water
tank, pump house and distribution lines, for the El Rito mutual domestic water
consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
six hundred twenty-one thousand four
hundred dollars ($621,400) to purchase and install a new water well and make
other related improvements for the El Rito Canyon mutual domestic water
consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
four hundred sixty-nine thousand four
hundred dollars ($469,400) for water system upgrades, including a well, storage
tank, pump house, water treatment facilities and water lines, for the El Rito
Placitas mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
five hundred fifty-five thousand seven
hundred dollars ($555,700) to upgrade the water system, including piping, a
storage tank and plumbing, for the Ensenada mutual domestic water consumers
association in Rio Arriba county;
one hundred twenty-nine thousand three
hundred dollars ($129,300) to upgrade and extend the water system for the
Gallina mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
one hundred seventy-one thousand five
hundred dollars ($171,500) to upgrade the water distribution system, including
installation of water lines, valves and meters, for the Los Ojos mutual domestic
water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
three hundred sixty-three thousand one
hundred dollars ($363,100) to upgrade the water distribution system, including
replacing water lines, valves and a well, for the Ojo Sarco mutual domestic
water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
four hundred twenty-eight thousand one
hundred dollars ($428,100) to upgrade the water system, including installing
water lines, valves and a storage tank and servicing wells, for the Rio
Chiquito mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
nine hundred ninety-eight thousand six
hundred dollars ($998,600) to upgrade and improve the water system, including
upgrading the storage tank and water lines, for the Tierra Amarilla mutual
domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
one million seven hundred thirty-seven
thousand nine hundred dollars ($1,737,900) for improvements to the wastewater
system for the Tierra Amarilla mutual domestic water consumers association in
Rio Arriba county;
three hundred sixty-one thousand dollars
($361,000) to upgrade the water system, including installing water lines, tank
and water meters, for the Youngsville mutual domestic water consumers
association in Rio Arriba county;
three hundred fifty-five thousand nine
hundred dollars ($355,900) to upgrade the water system, including a well or
treatment system, storage tank, pump house and distribution lines, for the
Vallecitos mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county;
one hundred eighty-one thousand four
hundred dollars ($181,400) to replace the water distribution lines for the
Abiquiu mutual domestic water consumers association water system in Rio Arriba
county;
five million
seven hundred eighty thousand three hundred dollars ($5,780,300) for an upgrade
of the water system, including wells, a new storage tank, a pump house and
replacement of water lines, for the Alcalde mutual domestic water consumers
association in Rio Arriba county; and
one
million five hundred seventy-two thousand three hundred dollars ($1,572,300)
for continued regional water system improvements for the communities of El
Duende, Rio Chama, Chili, Rio del Oso and La Cuchilla in Rio Arriba county.
