FOR CONSTRUCTING A HEALTH FACILITY IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct a health facility in the south valley area of Bernalillo county.
