FOR THE SANDOVAL COUNTY HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES CENTER.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million one hundred thousand dollars ($3,100,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1 of the Sandoval county health and community services center.
