FOR THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER SKATE AND HOCKEY COMPLEX PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty-six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($266,250) to design, construct and landscape the skate and hockey complex at the Riverwalk recreation center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
