SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 377

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Joseph A. Fidel

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars ($428,000) to construct a landfill disposal cell and a scale house and make drainage improvements at the countywide landfill in Socorro county; and

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to construct the Alamo-Navajo mini-market in Alamo in Socorro county.
