FOR A PLANNING AND ENGINEERING STUDY TO IMPROVE THE DETENTION CENTER IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to develop a preliminary plan and engineering study to improve the detention center in Shiprock in San Juan county.
