FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ROSWELL CAMPUS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for capital improvements at the Roswell campus of eastern New Mexico university in Chaves county.
