FOR CONSTRUCTING A SKATE PARK IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a skate park in Artesia in Eddy county.
