SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1152

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Linda M. Lopez

FOR SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE AND ROAD PAVING IN THE SUNSET GARDENS AREA AND FOR DESIGN AT TOM TENORIO PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for sewer infrastructure and road paving in the Sunset Gardens area in Westgate Heights in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for master planning and designing at Tom Tenorio park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
