FOR A PLAYGROUND TO BE LOCATED IN THE CITY PARK NORTHWEST OF THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for construction, equipment and materials for a playground to be located in the city park northwest of the Riverwalk recreation center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
