FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR PHASE 1 PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPURPOSE SERVICE CENTER IN THE ATRISCO-FIVE POINTS AREA OF THE SOUTH VALLEY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The period of time in which the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division pursuant to Subsection M of Section 11 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to plan, design and construct a multipurpose service center in the Atrisco-Five Points area of the south valley in Bernalillo county may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2007. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
