FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CUMBRES AND TOLTEC SCENIC RAILROAD COMMISSION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to construct two passenger cars for the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission in Rio Arriba county, contingent upon an equal match of grants from the state of Colorado;

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for Locomotive 463 boiler repair for the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission in Rio Arriba county, contingent upon an equal match of grants from the state of Colorado; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for track upgrades for the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission in Rio Arriba county, contingent upon an equal match of grants from the state of Colorado.
