FOR UPGRADING THE MICROWAVE SYSTEM AT ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute

three hundred twenty-six thousand dollars ($326,000) to upgrade the microwave system and install network hardware to merge voice, video and data into one circuit for Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Bernalillo county.
