FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT MISSION AVENUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to install a grass field and track and shade structure at Mission Avenue elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
